Cheese bread rolls are a quick and easy recipe. It is a perfect tea-time snack. Bread is stuffed with spicy paneer and cheese stuffing, and shallow fried until crispy. It will definitely be a hit with your kids!
What you will need:

Bread | 6 slices |
Cheese | 50 grams |
Chopped Coriander Leaves | 2 tablespoons |
Green Chilies (optional) | 1 finely chopped |
Kashmiri Chili Powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Oil or Butter | 2 tablespoons |
Paneer | 100 grams |
Salt | a pinch |
Turmeric | 1/4 teaspoon |

How to make it:
- In a mixing bowl, add the paneer (grated), cheese, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Mix well. This is your filling.
- Take the sliced bread and cut the sides. Using a rolling pin, roll out the bread into a thin sheet.
- Add the filling to one end of the bread. Tightly roll the bread to form a roll as shown in the image above.
- Seal the end with some water.
- Heat a pan and add oil or butter to it.
- Add the bread rolls to the pan. Reduce the flame to a slow simmer. Cover the rolls to let the filling cook for 1 minute. Open the cover and cook the rolls on a medium flame until all the sides are crispy.
- Serve with a hot cup of chai.
