Masala Chai

Masala chai is likely the most popular type of tea in India. Tea leaves are boiled in milk along with spices! It is not just a drink, it’s a feeling… It is that first aroma coming from your maa’s kitchen that you woke up to every morning.. Tea is the evening laughs your shared with your family… It is that love hate relationship you had with the biscuit that preferred the chai more than your mouth… It’s the endless gupshap you had with your college friends.. It’s your buddy during those long nights spent studying… It’s those first moments you shared with that someone special.. It’s that healing medicine that got you through your first breakup.. It’s the relief after a long day at work… It’s your me time… It’s those few extra memories you want to make with friends after inviting them over for dinner… It’s what makes a rainy day better… It’s not just a drink, it’s a feeling!
