Chicken satay is always on the table when Mayur and I eat Thai food! This simple barbecue dish is famous all over Asia, be it Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia. However, did you know that this dish is actually Indonesian? Just like the famous Kebabs of India which have Middle Eastern roots, satay travelled from Indonesia to other parts of the world with traders. Well, I am not complaining, all the versions I have eaten have been delicious!!
