Seed crackers are a great fiber-rich snack. However, the ones in the store have too many fillers in them. They are easy to make at home and you can control what you want to add. They make a great addition to a charcuterie board or as a guilt-free snack. It is perfect to carry to school or the office too. You can add any flavors you like to these. I chose to add Italian herbs and make these savory. Enjoy!

How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 200F.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the seeds along with salt and the dried Italian herbs.
- Add warm water and mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture on a baking sheet. Tip: The thinner the mixture, the faster it will bake.
