I wanted to offer colorful modak to Lord Ganesh this year. Rose flavor is one of my absolute favorite flavors to eat and cook with. I decided to get creative and make these beautiful baby pink modak stuffed with gulkand. According to Mayur, it is not modak unless it is stuffed. So this one was mainly to satisfy his ego 😂. They turned out beautiful to look at and to offer to Lord Ganesha during this Chaturthi. 🙂
