Rice Vermicelli Noodles | 70 grams |
Satay Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Toasted Peanuts | 3 tablespoons |
Toasted Sesame Seeds | 2 tablespoons |

How to make it:
- Julienne cut all the vegetables of your choice. I used carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, spring onions, and cucumbers.
- Pour hot water over the rice vermicelli. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then drain the liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, add the vermicelli, the veggies, and the satay sauce.
- Mix everything well.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds and peanuts.
