How to make it:
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes.
- Add the sweet potatoes, jaggery, and coconut milk to the pan.
- Let the mixer cook until the sweet potatoes cook.
- Add the cardamom powder and salt.
- Add the rice flour and mix vigorously. The rice flour helps to thicken the kheer.
- Enjoy while warm!
